Online accounting office

Online accounting office is a functionality which is especially useful for our clients. By saving your time, we maximize the flow of documents to the accounting office. The client scans the accounting documents and sends a pdf file by e-mail to the e-mail address of the office.

What is important - with the help of a scanner with an automatic feeder, you can scan a package of documents into one file, and a special application will divide the sent pdf file into individual documents. The structured electronic document archive created in this way is available to our clients 24 hours a day, from anywhere in the world.

This solution also provides for quick finding of the necessary information in the documents provided by the client to the office.
